Study on multi-clearance nonlinear dynamic characteristics of herringbone gear transmission system under optimal 3d modification

چکیده

The tooth surface 3d modification technology is the most effective method to realize reduction of vibration and noise gear system (GS) by comprehensively considering profile axial modification. Moreover, nonlinear factors such as backlash bearing clearance will make motion GS have complex variability. Therefore, we combine with contact performance dynamic characteristics optimize meshing herringbone pair through analysis technology, loaded antlion optimizer error minimum amplitude optimization objective, determine three model for numerical solution. Finally, this paper studies influence different parameters on under non-modification from both local diagrams time history, phase, spectrum Poincare map global bifurcation maximum Lyapunov exponent. results show: After optimizing modification, obviously reduced. With increase input power, speed, static transmission (STE), has jump, while there no jump change damping ratio. Compared other parameters, changes speed STE characteristics. can eliminate more regular.
